Context: A girl got fired from DoorDash after she reported being a victim of sexual harassment. She delivered food, the customer’s door was wide open, she went into the house and found him asleep on the couch with his junk out, recorded him, then left.
It’s a grey area of debate on victim blaming and who’s the victim, etc.: Why’d she go in instead of just leaving it on the doorstep? Why’d she record it? That’s harassment to him but also evidence for her case from him. Why was he asleep and the door open? Was he okay or intentional?
Edit: grammar

Isn’t this propaganda spread by doordash? Like the McDonald’s coffee lady who was actually right but there was a successful smear campaign? Im pretty sure doordash is spreading this so they don’t look bad for firing her. The guy was the one in the wrong.

God forbid a man wanting to be naked on his private property

Supposedly he had his door open and left himself in view of the door, which would be a crime in the US, you can’t be naked where people can just see you.

I don’t know how it works in this country but in mine it’s illegal to be naked in your house if someone can see you

He has his pants down, yes.
But he was also in his own home.
He wasn’t erect. He was not masturbating.
For all we know the guy came home from work exhausted.
Then punched in his order, cracked the door to hear the arrival and then pulled his pants down to take them off and passed out.
She pushed the door open. She filmed him. She posted it.
She’s 100% the bad guy.

People are saying that her video is proof enough but was she filming the second she walked up? Was there any proof that the door was wide open before she got there? How do we know she didn’t just open the door and start filming? Also if I was doordashing and a guy left his junk on display for me, I would immediately drop the food, run to my car and call the police. And contact doordash. I would not pull out my phone to film and then post it online. Honestly, it sounds like she thought it was funny but then realized she committed mutiple crimes so she lied.
